Clickable map for selecting Haplotype
The ideogram below gives access to haplotype information for all the wheat varieties to date tested in our laboratory. Using the clickable ideogram below, select the chromosome for which you want SNP haplotypes; these will be sent to you as a table in an Excel worksheet.
Alternatively, you may select specific varieties for which you want haplotype data (click the Select Varieties button), or download haplotype data for all chromosomes as a single file (click the Download All button).
