Wheat Genome Sequence

As part of a collaboration between the John Innes Centre and the Universities of Bristol and Liverpool, we have generated 454 sequence data (5x converage) for Triticum aestivum cv. Chinese Spring as a reference against which to compare UK varieties for SNP discovery.
