Extract genotypes
You can extract genotypes from either 820K or 35K axiom array data based on a particular variety name, which will return all axiom probes on a specified chromosome or list of chromosomes for that particular variety.Alternatively a specific axiom probe id can be used to identify genotypes for all varieties on a particular axiom array.
