Select all axiom probes between two specified probes
You have three options using the form below:
- A) provide the names of two axiom probes (e.g., AX-94597091 and AX-94829239) that are located on the same chromosome in the IWGSC v1.0 assembly in order to obtain all probes that lie between them
- B) provide the name of a single axiom probe (in 'First Axiom probe' box below) a the distance, either upstream or downstream, over which retrieve all axiom probes
- C) provide the name of a single axiom probe (in the 'First Axiom probe' box below) and a distance both up and down stream to retrieve all the probes within that range
