Create flapjack files

Using the form below, you can create flapjack files (.map and .dat) that can be downloaded and imported into the flapjack software to allow comparison of the user-selected wheat varieties. The flapjack software is a multi-platform application providing interactive visualizations of high-throughput genotype data, allowing for rapid navigation and comparisons between lines, markers and chromosomes.
