Select genotypes for one of the varieties

Using the form below, users can extract genotyping results for a selected variety on one or more chromosomes. You should specify which array you want to extract data from (820K or 35K) and then by clicking on the highlighted field you can access a list of available varieties. The field will autocomplete if you have a partial name. You should then specify which chromosomes you are interested in (there is an option to select all chromosomes), and then press the submit button.

Please note : Due to the size of the dataset, searches can take up to a minute.
