35K array putative varietal relationships
The dendrogram, below, includes the elite wheat varieties that have been genotypes using the '35K Wheat Breeders' Array'. Dendrograms may be viewed linear or circular (click on the grey arrow to the left of the dendrogram to choose which). Subtrees may be selected by right-clicking the node that subtends theme.
Please note, the results presented in the dendrogram are based upon DNA samples provided by members of the wheat community; the true identity of these samples has not been verified by members of the Bristol Group and, hence, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the data or any implied relationship between the various lines.
This data has been generated as part of the work carried during the BBSRC funded programmes, Wheat Improvement Strategic Programme (WISP) and Designing Future Wheat (DFW).
