westDB Single Sequence Repeat search form

Paste or type one or more westdb clone IDs into the box (one per line) and you obtain a page showing the Simple Sequence Repeats (SSRs) that are present (if any exist), and the primer pairs required to amplify them. For example, enter G01_N130_plate_38 in the text box and submit the query to retrieve SSRs for this sequence.

NB The SSR primer look-up is supplied by Dave Edwards and co workers at Agriculture VictoriaPlant Biotechnology Centre, La Trobe University, Australia.
