As part of the BBSRC funded cereals IGF program we have produced 26 developmental stage and stress response libraries in the winter wheat variety Mercia. We have also sequenced/analysed a further 9 developmental stage and stress libraries supplied by our collaborators in Europe and the United States (see libraries) making 35 sequenced libraries in total. The database on this site now contains over 26K quality and vector trimmed single pass sequences (ESTs) from these different wheat libraries. We have constructed a ~ 10K feature unigene set using cap3 clustering, and this has now been double spotted on glass slides for microarray experiments. Both the unigene set and the spotted microarrays are now available to the public: contact us by email for more details.

A comma separated value (csv) file containing details of the arrayed unigene set is available here. This file can be loaded in to any spreadsheet package.
