IGF Program

Funded by the BBSRC Gene Function Initiative, the cereal IGF consortium has developed communal resources to investigate cereal gene function. These resources include:

• A hexaplid wheat BAC library (John Innes Center).
• Wheat (University of Bristol / Rothamsted) and Barley (SCRI Dundee) transcriptome resources from precise stages of grain development
• A Unigene set and 10K feature microarray for wheat.
• A maize high density knockout Muarray (IACR).
• A high density barley delection mutation grid (SCRI).
