Chromosome 4D |
All markers that were assigned to the same chromosome location are contained within a coloured box ("bin"). Coloured lines extending from the box indicate the deletion bin, or bins, to which the markers belong. Markers, which are listed in accending numerical order, in a plain black font are assigned to a bin for the first time in this study. The colour of the boxes corresponds to those used for the bins in Francki et al., 2009. Where markers within a box have the same colour as the box, they were assigned to the same bin in our study and in that by Francki et al., 2009. In the study by Francki et al., 2009, markers coloured orange were assigned to an interstitial position rather than to any particular bin: in many cases we have assigned them to other bins. Thus, marker wPt-6709 was assigned to the same bin on chromosome 1AS in both studies; marker wPt-1873 was assigned to an interstitial position by Francki et al., 2009, but to bin 1AS-3 by us. Markers that are underlined where assigned to the same position in Akbari et al., 2006 |
