Search for SNPs that align to related species
Given a known SNP_id, use this form to find other SNPs containing sequences that align to the same region in rice (Oryza sativa), Brachypodium and Sorghum.
At present, this is somewhat limited by the extent to which our wheat contigs align to the genome sequence of related species.
