Using the input fields below you can access information if several different ways:
1) Enter a SNP name (a 10 character alphanumeric beginning with 'BS'; e.g., BS00010624) to find the contig to which it maps and all other putative SNPs, validated or not, that have been mapped to it.
2) Enter a contig name (e.g., contig98294) in order to find the SNP(s) that map to it.
3) Enter a search term (e.g., disease) in order to obtain a list of contigs that when BLASTed against the NCBI database returned a hit containing the chosen term.
